Pastor Toney, Monica, and Bailey serve as our pastoral family. They love God and are passionate about serving The Refuge Church, as well as the kingdom of God. Most importantly, pastor Toney has the heart of a shepherd/evangelist, and leads with a passion for vision, growth, renewal, revival, and development.
Pastor Toney is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God, and he holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from Lee University. In addition, he holds a Ph.D. from Liberty University, earning his doctorate with the designation of High Distinction.
Pastor Monica leads the music team and walks in her anointing to play piano and lead worship. She has the heart of a psalmist, as she cultivates worship and leads the team. She has been playing piano since she was 3 years old, and continues to grow in her gifts and callings.
